4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — your registered mobile number and password. 4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting m.taya365 customer support. m.taya365 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspected fraud, AML risk, breach of these Terms, or other regulatory grounds.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Dormancy fees or administrative charges may apply to inactive accounts as communicated in account notifications, subject to applicable Philippine law.
5.1 Currency. All financial transactions on m.taya365 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No foreign currency transactions are processed. Players are solely responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred outside the Platform.
5.2 Approved Payment Methods. m.taya365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels, which include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is subject to operational and regulatory conditions.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallet (GCash, Maya) are typically credited to the Player's Wallet within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer. m.taya365 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum single deposit is PHP 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set by m.taya365 and communicated within the Platform. These limits are subject to change and may differ by payment method.
5.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to verified Players. To withdraw, your Account must have completed identity verification, the funds requested must not be subject to an active bonus wagering requirement, and the withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, where applicable under AML policy.

6.1 Binding Wagers. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the m.taya365 Platform, it is final and binding. You may not cancel, reverse, or amend a confirmed wager except where expressly permitted by the specific rules of the game or betting market in question.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each game on m.taya365 has defined minimum and maximum stake limits displayed within the game interface. These limits vary by game type and table. m.taya365 reserves the right to alter stake limits for any game at any time.
6.3 Payout of Winnings. Winnings from all game outcomes are calculated according to the published payout tables, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and odds applicable to each game. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the Platform's records shall be the definitive reference.
6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure during a game round, the affected game round may be declared void by m.taya365 and all wagers for that round refunded to Players' Wallets. m.taya365 shall not be liable for any losses claimed as a result of technical errors beyond those directly attributable to confirmed system failures on the Platform's infrastructure.
6.5 Insufficient Funds. A wager that would exceed your available Wallet balance will not be accepted. You must ensure sufficient funds are available before placing any bet.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by m.taya365 are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms and conditions communicated with each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on m.taya365 contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagers on excluded games do not count toward wagering completion.
7.4 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one per Player, one per household, one per device, and one per shared payment method. m.taya365 reserves the right to withhold or recover bonus funds where it determines that a promotion has been claimed in breach of this restriction.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. 9.1 Age Restriction. The minimum age for use of m.taya365 is strictly twenty-one (21) years.
