You may request deletion or blocking of personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where consent has been withdrawn, or where processing is unlawful. Note that this right is subject to our legal obligation to retain certain data under AML and PAGCOR requirements.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, where processing is based on m.taya365's legitimate interests. You have an unconditional right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
Where processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible.

Response Timeframes. m.taya365 will acknowledge data subject requests within three (3) working days and aim to provide a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days. Where a request is complex or high in volume, we may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, with notice provided to you.
